![]() ![]() Hope this helps you making your decision. I strongly suspect it’s Logitech software related.Īm I happy with my purchase? Absolutely! Highly recommended. They even sent me a new KVM to rule it out as the issue. I worked extensively with customer support. I just can’t use that keyboard during work because it’s too loud and I’m on Zoom calls all the time. The hot keys work fine with my mechanical keyboard. I still can use the KVM button to switch between computers. The hot keys enable you to switch between computers and switch active peripherals when using both computers at the same time (one using one monitor and the other one on the other monitor) by using keys on the keyboard. However, I was never able to get the “hot keys” to work with the new keyboard. It supports both MAC and PC and it’s very quiet (good for typing while on Zoom meetings at work). The only issue I have is that I also bought the Logitech MX Keys keyboard to use with the KVM. They also have lots of YouTube videos that walk you through setup and troubleshooting. The KVM is great and it does the job I need it to. Almost all switches that I seen are trying to have multiple ports to one computer, and I am not sure if a mac mini can support a multiple USB to single USB Can anyone suggest a USB 3.0 switch can can work between the two systems. The issue is that I have 3 USB devices that I want to share between the two computers (Jabra speaker, headset and video camera). Keyboard and mouse will also be separate. The important part is that the PC and Mac Mini will not be turn on at the same time, so I don't need to switch between them at all, just use one or the other at one timeįor this, I have dual monitors that each have dual ports, (one with HDMI and another with USB-C), and since I will be only be using either the PC or Mac at one time, that is not a problem. However, for home (and other side gigs) I will continue to be using a windows PCs, but I want them to share the same monitors and 3 devices (but not at the same time), but I am ok with them have separate keyboards and mouse on the desk. I have started to work remotely, and the company will give me a Mac Mini only for work purposes. Suggestions please, and a USB switch that can share 3 devices between a PC and mac mini ![]()
